Swindon Magistrates' Court
A MAN who denies assaulting two women and soliciting for sex on Manchester Road will stand trial later this month.
Homeless Marian Vintila, 39, denies assaulting one woman on March 23, and another between January 1 and January 31.
He also denies paying for sex with a prostitute on March 23 and between January 1 and January 31.
He was released on bail by magistrates until his trial at Chippenham Magistrates’ Court on May 25 when a Romanian interpreter has been booked to attend.
In the meantime he must not go to Manchester Road and he has also had to surrender his passport.
He has also been ordered to check in with police at Gablecross Police Station between 4pm and 5.30pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
