Legendary cyclist Sir Bradley Wiggins is set to visit Swindon later this year.

The five-time Olympic gold medallist will come to the town to speak to fans at the Wyvern Theatre on Friday, April 12.

Competing professionally between 2001 and 2016, Wiggins is the only rider to have won World and Olympic championships on the track and the road, and also won the Tour De France.

The 43-year-old has worn the leader's jersey in each of the three Grand Tours of cycling and held the world record in team pursuit on multiple occasions.

He won a gold medal at four successive Olympic Games from 2004 to 2016 and held the record as Great Britain's most decorated Olympian with 8 medals.

Wiggins will discuss his career in front of the Swindon audience as well as what brought him to cycling and everything in between.

Standard tickets cost £34.75 while VIP tickets which include seating in front rows, a meet and greet from 6.45pm to 7.15pm and a photo opportunity cost £55.25.
