WES Foderingham feels that Swindon deserve to be higher in the table than sixth.
The 23-year-old stopper produced a man-of-the-match display at Bradford City at the weekend. Off the back of that performance Foderingham believes his side can maintain their place in the inside the top six for the campaign, he said: “I don’t see why not, from the games that we have played at the minute.
“We feel we should be slightly higher. We deserved a little more than what we have got. I don’t think there isn’t any reason why we can’t stay there.
“We have to win games like Bradford away from home and, without pushing our luck. Our home form should take care of itself.”
With Swindon being a fledgling squad and gaining a reputation for good passing football, the former Fulham and Crystal Palace youngster feels that they are only going to get better.
“The management team have been fantastic with us trying to nail down our style of play,” Foderingham said.
“We are learning that week by week, I’m sure that it is only going to get better.
“We have done very well, there have not been masses of changes from last season, we have built on what we had, we have done really well.”
