FULL-BACK Mark Flanagan has re-signed for Swindon Supermarine ahead of the upcoming Evo-Stik League Southern Division One South & West campaign.
The defender, who joined Dave Webb’s side from Hellenic League Oxford City Nomads in January 2014, endured an injury-ravaged campaign last term and only managed 20 appearances at the Webb’s Wood Stadium but has committed to another season with Marine.
The club have also revealed that they expect to announce a clutch of new signings in the coming days.
Former Marine men Connor Waldon, who had a spell on loan from Swindon Town last season, and Jake Simpson could both be on the market after the pair weren’t offered terms by National League South Oxford City.
The striker and midfielder had been on trial at Marsh Lane this summer.
Brad Gray and Josh Morse both netted braces whilst trialists Ollie Bailey and Callum Parsons were also on target as Marine thrashed New College 6-1 on Tuesday night.
They host Western League Corsham Town on Saturday.
